Our Agencies
Amigos De Guadalupe
Amigos De Guadalupe Center for Justice and Empowerment connects families through basic needs including immigration legal services, temporary housing, community organizing, and more.
Grail Family Services
Grail Family Services provides high-quality parenting workshops, child development programs, and professional development for teachers and childcare providers.
Mexican Heritage Plaza
The Mexican Heritage Plaza is a cultural institution dedicated to activating this local gem in East San José. MHP’s mission is to catalyze creativity and empower the community.
SOMOS Mayfair
SOMOS Mayfair builds community power in East San José through leadership development and by organizing around resident-led solutions.
Veggielution
Veggielution is an East San Jose food hub that provides environmental education, organic produce, a food entrepreneurship program, and monthly community engagement events.

Veggielution
Our Committees
We are composed of committees that include staff from each of the 5 organizations. These committees meet regularly to implement projects and encourage cross-organizational collaboration.

Advocacy Committee
The Advocacy Committee advances community needs and demands through campaigns to create change at the city, county, and state level.

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee creates and distributes SSPC marketing and communication to the media, community, and general public.

Fundraising Committee
The Fundraising Committee raises money to support SSPC programs, initiatives, staff and operations.

Governance Committee
The Governance Committee is composed of Executive Directors responsible for establishing strategic priorities and voting on decision items.

Program & Evaluation Committee
The Program and Evaluation Committee tracks data on the different Collective initiatives as well as creates a referral system that connects families to resources.
