The ¡Sí Se Puede! Collective (SSPC) is comprised of five established and respected organizations working in the Mayfair community, a vibrant and historical neighborhood in East San José. By coordinating and aligning the work of our organizations, the SSPC envisions a rooted and thriving community where resilient families have confidence in their gifts, choices and dreams.
Amigos de Guadalupe advances the conditions for learning by helping local families meet their basic needs.
Grail Family Services partners with families, schools and communities to promote children’s success and well-being.
The School of Arts and Culture at MHP catalyzes creativity and empowers the community in the Mayfair neighborhood.
SOMOS Mayfair supports children, organizes families, and connects neighbors to uplift the dreams, power, and leadership of community and address systemic inequities.
Veggielution connects people from diverse backgrounds through food and farming to build community in East San Jose.
