Citizenship Class

Citizenship Classes

This class prepares participants to take both the oral and written examinations for U.S. Citizenship. Classes typically range from 6-10 students allowing for more individualized instruction.

Students follow a workbook with lessons in American History, Geography and Civics. In addition, students must answer questions about their own backgrounds, their families and their travel history over the past five years.

Our instructor engages students in wide-ranging exercises simulating official Citizenship interviews, and we also offer a filmed interview so that the students know what to expect.

Citizenship Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the office of Amigos de Guadalupe.
