We celebrated our amazing and hardworking Si Se Puede Collective Guerreras this month! For the last 3 years, they’ve worked to protect East San Jose against COVID-19. They’ve distributed PPE, shared information on how to keep families safe, passed out community resources, registered families for testing appointments, scheduled vaccine appointments, and, most important, built a community with Eastside residents.

To understand their impact in the neighborhood, here are some numbers:

  • 17,100 people referred to the Si Se Puede Collective from 2022-2023
  • 135,029 PPE distributed
  • 135,902 doors knocked
  • 118,803 people reached through community engagement

We want to thank every one of our Guerreras for all their work these last few years! All the photos from the celebration can be found on our Facebook.
